Manage Study Groups through the Faculty Center.

Faculty may create small groups of students, faculty, teaching assistants, and visitors in  study groups for the purpose of doing group work.

Only faculty members and those rostered into the study group may access documents and conferences created there.

Students who withdraw from class are not automatically deleted from Study Groups.  Faculty remove withdrawn students from the Study Group.  When students withdraw from a class, the notation Withdrawn will appear beside their names in the Study Group Members list so that faculty may know when to remove students from Study Groups, should they choose to do so.

Study Groups are Comprised of

  1. Conferences
  2. Collaborative docs (This is an area for members to create a shared document.)
  3. Members (This is a list of all members in this study group only.)
  4. Chat Room available to only members of this study group only
